DO ONE THING
1.GOTO SAFE MODE...HOW?? PRESS F8 WHILE THE COMPUTER IS RESTARTING JUST BEFORE THE WINDOWS SCREEN APPEARS
2.CHOOSE ADMIN LOG IN
3.THEN GOTO CONTROL PANEL
4.THEN GOTO USER ACCOUNTS
5.THEN CLICK ON REMOVE PASSWORD..HOW?? THERE YOU WILL SEE AN OPTION SHOWING USER ACCOUNT AND ADMIN ACCOUNT BELOW ...JUST LOOK OUT FOR THE REMOVE PASSWORD OPTION THERE..

The following ways can help to reset or recover lost windows password in a few steps.

1. Reset windows password with reset disk.

1. If you enter the wrong password when you attempt to log on, Windows displays a message that the password is incorrect. Click OK to close the message.
   
2. Click Reset password, and then insert your password reset disk or USB flash drive.
   
3. Follow the steps in the Password Reset wizard to create a new password.
   
4. Log on with the new password. If you forget your password again, you can use the same password reset disk. You don't need to make a new one.
   

2. Reset windows password with a Windows Password Reset software.
Step 1: Download and install Spower Windows Password Reset.
Step 2: Create a CD/DVD or USB password reset boot disk with SWPR.
Step 3: Boot your computer from password reset boot disk.
Step 4: Recover the forgotten password for administrator account.

Unfortunately if youy have forgotten you password to log into wondows OS there is no way of changing it unless there is an Admins account on the computer that can change it. If there is an admins acct (other than your acct) then log into it and goto users and change the password from there.

you can try to log on as the administrator and see if you can change your password back. Unless you have changed the admin password you should still be able to log in as either 'admin' with no password, 'administrator' with no password or either one with the password 'admin'. Some computers use admin others use administrator. I hope it works out for you! Good luck.

Restart your Laptop and press F8 as soon as logo displays and go to safe mode. There you will get a warning message and click on Yes. Then Press ALT+CTRL+DELETE and enter user name as Administrator and log in without entering password. It will log in. Normally Admin accounts does not have passwords. If its not working please revert. we will send the software to break the passwords.Hope this helps!

you have to login with the admin account to reset the password
if you were already logged in as the admin and that is the password you lost then you will have to either crack the password or format the hard drive sorry :(

If you cannot log on to Windows by using a particular user account, but you can log on to another account that has administrative credentials, follow these steps on how to do the trick:

1. Log on to Windows by using an administrator account that has a password that you remember. You may need to start WinXP in safe mode.
2. Click Start, and then click Run.
3. In the Open box, type “control userpasswords2′, and then click OK.
4. Click the user account that you forgot the password for, and then click Reset Password.
5. Type a new password in both the New password and the Confirm new password boxes, and then click OK.

When I forgot my Dell laptop Windows 8 admin password, I got Windows Password Recovery Tool Ultimate to support me make a password reset disk with USB and reset password efficiently!

Some people also said you can boot into safemode and change the admin password never tried it but the above trick does work for sure.
