Uninstall the Printer Drivers and reinstall it this should work.......And for this problem this is the only resolution...........

Their are firmware updates shown on the support website for this model. I woudl also reinstall the updated driver:

That is a purge system error, either you need a new purge assembly or there is a paper scrap caught in there stopping it. The purge unit is on the right where the printhead parks at shutdown and where the printhead is cleaned.
