Try to reset the error code by pressing these buttons :
[#] [interupt] [c] [interupt] [1] [4] [start/copy]
If the error code still exist check the thermistor and it's connection and reset again.
Did you reset the error by following the procedure i gave you ? Thermistor located at the fusing section, The function is to read the temperature from the heater roller. To see it you must open the left side cover/transfer unit, detach 2 connectors at the rear and dismantle the fusing section fixed by 3 screws. The thermistor has a wire which plugged to main pwb with a connector, test the connector with Ohm meter, if both conncted then its ok. On the fusing section also has a thermostat with auto disconnect feature if the heater becomes too hot. Press the nipple of the thermostat to re-connect.

Error code H2 means fusing unit temperature error. This error occurs due to a bad fuser temperature thermistor or due to fusing lamp. To resolve this error try and reset the unit by entering the service mode--
press # - INTERRUPT - C - INTERRUPT then 14 start
If this resolves your issue then try restarting the printer and try the reset again. However, if reset is not helping you then you
It looks like this error is a CRUM chip error, which could be caused by the type of toner cartridge you are using, and or the actual CRUM chip. The connector could be bad (check the connector for the toner cartridge) or when you replaced the toner cartridge; it may have bent the plate that it is mounted on and it needs to be straightened, realigned.
An error code of H2 om a sharp 5316 indicates an open thermistor.A thermistor is a small electronic device that regulates temperature. You will need to call a copier technician. An Ar5316 operates at 16 copies per minute.Good Luck!
Sharp Fuser H2-0 Fusing unit
temperature error
H4-0 The fusing unit doesn't heat up.
***ALWAYS DISCONNECT POWER WHEN WORKING
ON MACHINE*** You have to reset fuser errors with simulation 14.
Push P * C * then 14 then Start (the button you use to make copies)
and it should reset the code. If not then replace the fuser. SM
5-1 should turn the lamp on. If lamp blinks on and off it is the
thermistor, if it does not it is the lamp, but check the contacts on
the lamp/fuser -- they have been known to erode.
Also check thermal fuse, if defective
replace.
An H2 is an indicator that the temperature sensing device is reading open, preventing the machine to warm up. There is only one way to correct this and that is to replace the thermistor, and that takes a technician. Not a hard job but a novice could get into trouble and make matters worse.
