Question about Dishwashers
I have a Kenmore Elite dishwasher. During the wash cycle there is a thumping noise. It looks like the wash bar underneath the top rack is hitting in the back of the dishwasher when it spins. There is a plastic circular fitting that goes into a hole and appears to stabilize the top shelf. It appears it is not seating properly. How do I fix this?
Make sure the connecting tube is seated properly, then use a self tightening plastic strip to secure it to the upper basket..they are available at hardware stores

Try to tighten the scews. That's the best problem.
