New case fan running but still getting error message system fan failed.

Did you try;

Power off, power unplugged to computer.
Press the Power On button, and hold it in. Hold for a count of 10 seconds.
Let go.

Do this procedure two more times.

Plug the computer back into power. WAIT 1 minute, turn the computer on.

This method clears CMOS Error Codes, and sets BIOS Setup back to the factory default settings.

I have a HP Compaq DX2000MT computer. When I want to start up the pc, he gives 10 beeps and the following message : Chassis fan not functioning, check fan connections & call for service. Shutting...

Without the chassis fan the pc would overheat and fry so it's shut down. Do what the warning message says: open the case, clean the interior and check the wire connector of the fan. If the fan still doesn't turns then it has failed and it will have to be replaced - a new one costs$10 at every pc shop.
You will need the manuals for service and maintenance

I have bought a new toshiba A665 a week ago. I have a problem saying. ' A problem in the cooling system has been identified. Switch off ur computer and return it for service.' Cooling fan is working but...

At a week old, get a replacement or fix it right away. Fix should be free, but no computer during service.....

Toshibas run too hot, in my opinion.... so you have to keep after the fans and keep lint cleaned out of it....

Overheating will yield un stable system,

I have an HP touchsmart IQ790uk, error message: cpu fan failed

The fan is attached to the heat-sink and can be removed/unscrewed off the heatsink. Take the fan to the computer or elecronics hobby shop for a replacement fan.
The are after-market CPU heat-sink fan assemblies available (these usually provide better cooling than the original units), just remove the existing assembly and take it to your friendly computer shop for a suitable replacement.

System fan has failed

Your system's fan has failed. If it is under warranty, you need to have HP made aware of this failure.

CPU Fan Failed

Yes that is what you need to do. It's either due to your CPU board having issues or your fan is just old and needs to be replaced. You always need to have a fan running to cool off your CPU. Let me know if this helps and if you need anything else.
