Without the chassis fan the pc would overheat and fry so it's shut down. Do what the warning message says: open the case, clean the interior and check the wire connector of the fan. If the fan still doesn't turns then it has failed and it will have to be replaced - a new one costs$10 at every pc shop.
You will need the manuals for service and maintenance http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/DocumentIndex.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&contentType=SupportManual&prodTypeId=12454&prodSeriesId=401819
The "Ink System Failure" error is causes by air in the ink feed tubes. We have a step by step guide purging the air from the feed tubes posted on our web site. Go to our site at: www.ccl-la.com , click on the printer repair link and then the HP link. Follow the steps and you should be back printing in no time at all.
I hope this helps, If so please rate our solution.
The fan is attached to the heat-sink and can be removed/unscrewed off the heatsink. Take the fan to the computer or elecronics hobby shop for a replacement fan.
The are after-market CPU heat-sink fan assemblies available (these usually provide better cooling than the original units), just remove the existing assembly and take it to your friendly computer shop for a suitable replacement.
Yes that is what you need to do. It's either due to your CPU board having issues or your fan is just old and needs to be replaced. You always need to have a fan running to cool off your CPU. Let me know if this helps and if you need anything else.
hello.. this means that the fan which cools your pc is not working, get a new fan for your mode and fit yourself if possible or go to computer technician.
do not keep it using as your pc may crash.
its very important to keep the cpu cool to keep computer working. hope this help.
