Sir, It is the document feeder, the Di620 is a very old MINOLTA machine, but you mite find a (NOW) Konica Minolta dealership that can update the document feeder EPROM (Erasable Program able Read Only Memory) chip located on the document feeder control board. It has to have its program updated to correct this problem which gives this code. Let them know you have the Technical Bulletin # 2617b they will not be able to call it up but mite be able to contact some one at Konica Minolta tech support that can get access to very old MINOLTA technical bulletins. Additional info is Knowledge Base # TAUS0645133EN00. Then will have to hope that Konica Minolta has keep the Firmware for the chip????? Maybe in JAPAN!!!!!!!!!. YOUR ASKING ALOT TO GET THIS MACHINE TO RUN!!!!
Power off the machine. Then remove the toner bottle, be careful the hole might be on the bottom and the toner is going to go everywhere. Then close the toner cover and turn on the machine. Let the machine go through it normal routine. When it asks for toner install the toner bottle correctly. If THE KNUB on the side of the bottle is damage put a new one in. That KNUB is what the toner motor uses to turn the bottle, if it damaged you get a code. If that does not work you might have a bad motor or the home sensor or actuator for the toner bottle is bad worse case the control board is bad.
