If the TV accepts a USB connection try that format. If you have a HDMI port of the laptop, tether the two with an HDMI cable.
Other than that, unless you have WiFi capability between the laptop and TV receiver....nothing else works.

Precision flatview ptf21r28b my precision tv power light keep blinking

I would like to know if the precision flatview TV can come on without a remote or the remote is a necessity
There is a power switch underneath the TV, so I put it on and the screen hasn't come on, there's just a small red light on left corner at the bottom.

How solve in my POLYCOM VSX 6000 showing error "unsupported signal adjust your PC output"

Try using the S-Video output and then try using the VGA output from the VSX 6000 unit. The unit can be fixed to output from either as the first monitor output (you may have the dual monitor option enabled). If this does not work the resolution of the TV might be HD, the output of your VSX 6000 is Standard Definition. You will need a monitor that accepts standard definition. If this does not work, I would reboot your VSX 6000 and try again. David

I have a Jensen (JE1909ACB) 19 LCD TV Can't get it to hook up as a monitor on my desktop. It reply's unsupported mode.

Are you using the VGA port on the Jensen TV? What is your computer's OS?

The usual reason for the unsupported mode message is that the the computer did not recognize the TV as a monitor on boot up or that the previous settings were incompatible with the TV. (For example, if you previously had a CRT connected to the computer and used a refresh rate of 75 Hz, the TV can't handle the refresh rate. It needs to be set at 60 Hz.)

First turn off both the TV and the computer. Then turn on the TV and set it for the PC input (assuming you are using the VGA port). Next turn on the computer. If you have Windows XP or later, it should find the TV and set the resolution without any input. (If it doesn't, use a different monitor and set the resolution to 1366 x 768 and 60 Hz. Then try again.) If you used the HDMI port, try the VGA port. This TV doesn't understand a computer signal over the HDMI port (only set top boxes).

I hope this helps.

Message of Unsupported video signal after attaching laptop to TV.

it sounds like the resolution the laptop is trying to send is not one of the resolutions that the television can display. TVs can display a range of resolutions, so try changing the laptop resolution, either increasing it (make the pixels smaller) or lower the resolution, try a variety of resolutions, one should work.

VGA input not working... won't work with a computer, but it has a vga input for this. has some kinda error message instead of displaying the computer graphics

You have to make sure that you set the computer to send out the VGA signal that does not exceed the TV resolution, otherwise you will get 'unsupported signal' error. You need to find out what the resoluttion the TV can do in PC mode.

How can we connect acer aspire 5001 wlmi to panasonic plasma 42' tv

You have TWO OUTPUT from the laptop: VGA and RCA Video Out (Yellow connector). Now match one of these in your plasma TV and you are on your way to fame. Remember to select the video source on your TV, possibly A/V input.
