If all above was done did that person use a vacuum cleaner to remove the old developer if so the static electricity from the vacuum cleaner may have destroyed the sensor causing the code. NEVER EVER use a vacuum clear when replacing developer
New developer module or new developer material?
Either way, unless you are trained (or experienced) at this task, I would recomend having a qualified service tech perform this task. Mechanically speaking, it's not difficult to remove the module to pour out the old dev. material, however, there are codes that have to be set to run Auto Toner setup afterwards....that's the kicker.
