There usually videos on Youtube that walk you through how to tear apart your phone and fix/replace your keypad. Nothing short of that is going to fix it, I don't think.

My keyboard in the case dosnt work

The touchscreen or an external keyboard? If it is the touch screen you may try an external one to try and find new drivers for it unless it is under warranty in which case return it.

Touchscreen will not work on my Samsung Brightside SCH-U380

Other than a bad digitizer (touchscreen) or connection, sometimes just a tiny bit of gunk/debris gets in that tiny gap that goes around the outside of the screen. That often results in the same problem,, a non-working touchscreen. Take a very thin edged piece if cut plastic as a "tool" to clear out gunk/debris from this gap around the edge of the screen. Some people even have used like the opposite end of a sewing needle (not the pointed end).
Many ppl have fixed a non-working screen simply by cleaning out this tiny edge gunk. Give that a shot as a first step. If you use care, you won't damage anything.

MY TOUCHSCREEN IS NOT WORKING ON MY PANDIGITAL TABLET

I hope it is still under warantee. If so send them a registered letter and a copy to the Federal trade Comission explaining the situation. There are other agencies you can contact as well...talk to a lawyer. They MUST support the product by law!

Screen freezing touch screen not working samsung pixon

The problem is a faulty contact from the touchscreen leading to the phone board.
On the right side of the phone were the volume buttons are, under the touchscreen is the screen's contact. Try "detaching the screen's face a little from the phone body exactly at the volume down button(using your fingernail or something) and see if the touchscreen is responding in anyway. Now try to pull a little bit the touchscreen frame from the rest of the chassis and see if it works.
Be careful though not to totally destroy your phone...

The problem is a faulty contact from the touchscreen leading to the phone board. To be short: on the right side of the phone were the volume buttons are, under the touchscreen is the screen's contact. Try "detaching the screens face a little from the phone body exactly at the volume down button(using ur fingernail or something) and see if the touchscreen is responding in anyway. IF this is your case too...I suggest get a screw-driver and open the chassis, and trying to make the connection permanent, somehow.PS: you can send it back to warranty of a repair phone shop, only to force you to buy a new touchscreen and pay for the repairs, on a 99% working phone, with a faulty contact. The choice is yours:)
Good luck

My samsung pixon keeps freezing. I can turn it on

This is courtesy of Helifix from Handcellphone.com...

Hello Guys. I have the same problem and I found out the solution. My phone has a bad contact there, and in normal mode all is frozen. Now if I try to pull towards me, the touchscreen frame from the rest of the chassis, only a mm SURPRISE!! My touchscreen is working. IF this is your case too...I suggest get a screw-driver and open the chassis, and trying to make the connection permanent, somehow. I haven't done this yet, but will do it today. If anyone is interested I could post the results:) PS: you can send it back to warranty of a repair phone shop, only to force you to buy a new touchscreen and pay for the repairs, on a 99% working phone, with a faulty contact. The choice is yours:)
