Depends on the windows program if you are running windows and what version, i can tell you what f key to hold when it starts, sometimes entering admin as the password under default works if not need to either hold down f2 or f9 sometimes f8 just depends, they have to be held down while powering as soon as the startup screen apears go into the settings and turn off start up password set it to admin.

Just try resetting the BIOS and check if it works.
