There should be an option to erase the memory in the service/maintenance menu. if there isnt then the easiest way is just to switch it off at the mains and leave it unplugged for about 10 mins, this does the same as when you switch a pc off and it clears the rom. hope this helps Cops

Memory info retrieving from lexmark x5630 fax machine

Usually, faxes are temporarily sent to the printer's memory when one of the cartridges' ink level is not substantial for printing at the instance of receiving the fax. When this happens, try to replace the cartridge(s), *without navigating away from the message "fax sent to memory", by opening the printer cover and replacing the low-ink or empty cartridge(s). After the new cartridge is installed, close the printer cover and press the OK button. Your printer should then print the fax stored in the memory.
*Make sure not to navigate away from the "fax sent to memory" message, otherwise, data will be lost.

I can't erase the faxes I already send

Hi There,

While not as popular as they were before the Internet became a principal means of business communication, fax machines are still an essential item in many offices. They are particularly useful on business documents when a signature is needed. Canon makes a number of fax machines that use both ink-jet and laser technology to receive and print documents. Most fax machines store incoming faxes in memory so you can reprint them, but occasionally the memory becomes full resulting in an error message. Your Canon fax machine's memory can be cleared quickly and easily so you can start using it again.

Instructions

* Click the "Menu" button.

* Press the arrow buttons to scroll through the options on the screen. Select
"MEMORY REFERENCE" and click "Start/Copy."

* Use the arrow buttons to choose "DEL. PRINTED RX" then click "Start" again.

Press "*" to select the "Yes" option from the screen. This will delete all documents from the fax machine's memory.

* Click "Stop" to finish.

HOW CAN i PRINT MESSAGE FROM MEMORY FROM AN e-STUDIO 50f

Are there error messages on the display or do you want to print something that has been sent? If your fax machine needs toner/drum unit, then that will need to be replaced first. If you are looking for a document that was faxed to someone, you will need to call them and have same document faxed back to you....fax machines have memory for incoming faxes, but not for things that are "sent".
