I am sorry you are having a problem with your range. The DR code indicates that you have a problem with the door latch assembly. The latch may not have fully retracted when unlocking the oven door or you could have a switch or wiring failure on that mechanism. A failed control board could also cause this problem.
Unplug the unit for thirty mins. and plug it back in then post the results back to me.
SOURCE: CRG9700 - OVEN TEMPERATURE BIG FLUCTUATIONS
biggest issue with any gas oven is a faulty ignitor, not maintaining oven temp, too long to preheat, taking too long to cook, possible slight gas smell during operation, all signs of a bad ( or going bad) ignitor

The manifold needs to be cleaned and adjusted could have rust etc in it Not a good thing to do yourself unless you know what you are doing
SOURCE: Error code E2 F2
As you are aware the technical manual for your range doesn't show an error code of E2 F2 but all of the F2 codes pertain to the touchpad of the range.
Can you clear the E2 F3 by pressing the cancel button? If not, shut off the power to the range for a few minutes and see if the error code goes away. If the error code remains You should unplug the range from the wall and remove the back panel for the control area. Disconnect the ribbon between the touchpad and the electronic control, clean the end of it and reconnect it.
If this doesn't repair the problem you will need to replace the touchpad on the range. The parts diagram lists two touchpads, they are part numbers 8273575- bisque, and 8272702- white.
E2 relates to an overheating condition. Quite possibly related to your touchpad issue. I'd try cleaning the contacts and if that doesn't work...Up to you at that point!
Good luck
SOURCE: Kenmore oven control beeps and shows F1
According to Kenmore's list of error codes, F1 means EOC (Electronic Oven Control) failure, and the solution is to replace the EOC. You might look into that. The part itself costs around $80, as far as I can see.

You're glow bar ignitor is on its way out. I had this exact problem and swapped mine out with its identical sibling that runs the broiler element. Problem fixed.
