have you tried pressing the button on the back of the receiver then press the button on the bottom of the mouse, then press the button on the back of the receiver again and press the red button on the back of the keyboard
These devices will never auto connect after a battery change.
You must press the button on the receiver then the red button on the mouse. Then the button on the receiver again, then the red button on the keyboard.
The buttons on the devices (keyboard and mouse are on the bottom of the device.
Remove the software. Reboot. Reinstall software "drivers" Then plug the receiver in. Push the connect button on the receiver, then the keyboard, then the mouse in that order. Hopefully that helps.
receiver first one second and release then mouse, one second and release. then push button on receiver for one second again and release and push the red button on the bottom of the keyboard. if mouse does not connect call logitech receiver may be bad if the mouse connects but the keyboard does not try procedure one more time. if keyboard fails to connect again. call logitech. you have a 5 year warranty on all non gaming keyboards.
Yes, I have a solution. Throw the bugger away! This has been the biggest piece of garbage I have ever bought. It has loads of unecessary features like using the buttons for other things. I am sick of it asking me if I want to assign an action to a key. I want a bog standard wireless keyboard. Yes, I'll assign an action alright. I'll throw it through the bloody window!!!!!!

Assuming that you have good batteries installed, turn the
Keyboard over and locate the small reset/connect button on the back of the
keyboard and press it. Then try to see if it is working. If not try
pressing the button on the receiver and then on the keyboard. Hope this
helps. Bud

Press the Receiver button (and the lights will start
flashing.
Then if it’s the Keyboard that isn't working, press the small RESET/CONNECT
button on the back of the board to connect the keyboard to the receiver.
If it’s the MOUSE, push the small RESET/CONNECT button on the back of the mouse
to connect. Then they should work okay. Hope this helps. Bud
