Mount your ipod in iTunes and sync it. Your library of music is actually kept on your computer. If you do not have it in your iTunes library, then unfortunately if you deleted it from your iPod it is gone for good.

It's quite simple. Connect the Sansa to your pc click on "my computer" poitn on the Sansa drive and right click "Format".
This will restart your Sansa.
