That said, it is also a "brand" of a company registered in Samoa called Eagle Brilliant. I don't think this information will lead you to support but there you have it. Oddly, if you type in www.hiteker.com and hit enter, you go to Ambiance, probably another re-branding.

You probably are more interested in manuals or remotes and should google for the brand and model and whatever you are looking for.

Hiteker shares the same manufacturer for Curtis Mathes. Try codes for Curtis sets and you should be okay. Worked for mine on a Dish remote.
