In order to get it off the recovery screen, you need to go to Sandisk's website and download the Sansa Recovery Tool for the e200 series. Even if it doesn't "need" a recovery, you must use the Recovery Tool or it will stay stuck in Reocvery Mode.

Recovery Mode, Updated Firmware... Memory Capacity Deleted!!!

It probably changed the mode of the player to MTP instead of MSC. There is a setting in the mp3 player for that.

let us know if it helps.

Mp3 sandisk big problem

Try to press the menu button until it turns off and then try to update your firmware to the latest one.If you can go to settings try to go to MSC and format your device using My Computer(it might be that the songs your transferring are not of good quality). If you cannot change to msc do this steps that work for a friend of mine, Slide the hold switch so it will be showing the red color (dunno if its red or orange) then press the record button then the power button until you see on the screen welcome to recovery mode. Go to the sandisk website and download and install it to your computer, when it has been installed and it is saying connect a device hooked your player to the computer and see if there are any updates available for the device.
