After a while the picture on my toshiba 17WLT56B flat panel tv goes off. If I turn the tv off and on again it won't come on and the power led flashes red

there are only three things to check which causes these problems...
first check whether the cathode ray tube is ok or not
second whether the fuse is damaged
third is the colour wheel,,,
if these are not defnility the circuit problem,,,diodes capacitors
