You aren't saying what type of PC desktop you have. However, motherboard audio chips are a common failure item on desktop computers. The first thing you should do is reboot and go into the BIOS. Check to ensure that the audio is enabled. If not, re-enable it and try again. If that isn't the problem, try reinstalling the audio driver to ensure it hasn't become corrupted. If that doesn't work, you may need to purchase an aftermarket audio card to install int the desktop to recover from the failure of the onboard audio. If you do this, remember to disable the onboard audio in the BIOS before installing the new board and driver to avoid conflicts.
Please connect front audio cable with motherboard in the a audio port of motherboard. If we work with sound card then connect front audio cable with sound card.
right click anywhere in your desktop and choose the option personalize and choose change desktop icon and then you just have to put a check on the program you wanted to be on your desktop :D
Have you tried with another Known, good & working keyboard? If not, try it first. If the problem persists, then you have to clear the NVRAM using the jumper (if a mere re-seat of the CMOS coin-cell didn't work). To locate the jumper, consult the user manual. Also, re-seating the memory modules (RAM modules) is known to have resolved this.
have you checked your gforce for power failure?
check your powersource for the type. if it is not over 500 Watt.... That is a big problem with system function. If you are using a newer Updated machine, you should always keep up to electrical fashion or your machine will most definitely do "Funky Stuff" quote.
This is also interfering with your soundcard on your motherboard, and if this continues without being checked, your motherboard may blow.

There are a couple of things it could be. From simply checking the cable on both ends (computer to monitor) to see if they are loose. It could also be the card is damaged. I would check it with a second monitor to be sure.
