For account/password issues of free MSN Hotmail users, you may visit this website https://support.live.com/eform.aspx?productKey=wlid&ct=eformts&scrx=1

Fill out the service request form on the website, then submit your querry. MSN Hotmail Support will be able to help you with your account issue. Also, if you are an MSN subscriber, they can give you the MSN Technical Support Hotline number.

At the moment, the free MSN Hotmail service provides technical support via e-mail only.

Hope this helps. =)

The problem could be your bezel.  Remove the 3 screws from the hinges from the rear and you will be able to remove the black strip above the keyboard (after removing the screws, make sure laptop is layed wide open)  once removed, press the button on the motherboard under where the power button is.  If the unit still does not power up, then your motherboard is bad and needs to be replaced.  If it does power up, you need to replace the bezel.

This not an unknown problem.
I typed configure.csv into an internet search and got at least a pageful of hits.
https://uk.search.yahoo.com/search;_ylt=A9mSs3JNOvtU_A0AFZZKBQx.;_ylc=X1MDMjExNDcxNzAwMgRfcgMyBGZyA2FsdGF2aXN0YQRncHJpZAM5OWd3WXJjRFFpeVZUX0ZJUkFpY1dBBG5fcnNsdAMwBG5fc3VnZwMxBG9yaWdpbgN1ay5zZWFyY2gueWFob28uY29tBHBvcwMwBHBxc3RyAwRwcXN0cmwDBHFzdHJsAzEzBHF1ZXJ5A2NvbmZpZ3VyZS5jc3YEdF9zdG1wAzE0MjU3NTA2MTQ-?p=configure.csv&fr=altavista&fr2=sb-top-uk.search&iscqry=
One, quoted below included the following solution:
Try reinstalling the video card drivers from the manufacturer's (video card) website
configure csv not found on Call of Duyt Games Yahoo Search Web Search
This may not be what solves your particular issue but there is bound to be one out there.

The drivers are normally part of windows system and as such are not needed, but if you are still with XP, then that may be the issue as support for XP has totally finished as the unit is so old it is now "end of service life" which means Acer do not support the unit for any reason as well, unfortunately i don't know of anyone who might be able to help unless you do try Acer tech and see what help they might be able to offer.

You need the original recovery disks that came with the unit as there is no built in recovery. If you have none then you will need to purchase a copy of windows or contact your regional Acer office whereby you can purchase a new set of original disk (bearing in mind this will be XP as you will not be licensed for any other version).
