I always recommended to use two methods: use the dictionary included into Google Bar (the cheapest way) or buy Babylon -http://www.babylon.com/- the most reliable and effective way
- Click on Dict or Thes - Then click on the down arrow - This will bring you to Phrase Search - Then enter - Then it will bring up a screen where you can type each word
Hey guys, i have also got same problem.. it seems to be manufacturing defect. i have requested one my friend who went to japan. I got fixed it for free, though it is not under warranty.. Japanese guys would fix it for free if it is known manufacturing defect.. Got it back couple of days back.. its working fine. at last problem solved after two years..
Mine also has vertical lines in sharp and this the 2nd time I buy this device because of this problem. It seems that the problem is from the joint data cable where we keep open and close the cover.
I don't recommend you buy another one because i threw 2 of them because of this problem - although sharp dictionary is the best among others concerning the definitions.
