You may have bent the needle, replace that first.
Have you wound a new bobbin? Sometimes they wind poorly.
Check the hook race for thread "nests". (Bobbin casing)

I am having trouble threading the bobbin on a consew cp 206R. I can't figure out what to do with the thread to anchor it in order to load the bobbin. I usually use an origional electric Singer machine that...

If I understand your trouble, I put the bobbin on the machine ready to be loaded with thread. I feed the thread from the inside of the bobbin through one of the holes to exit on the outside. I hold tight onto the thread and start up the bobbin feed drive. once it is covered by several layers of thread, you can let go since the thread will not slip out.

If I did not understand your question, here are a few sites that show how to thread the Consew CP 206R as well as how to "reset" the timing if you happen to get a jam while sewing. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PIKml4yGLSc

Make sure your needle is fully inserted into the needle bar and isn't bent or blunted.

I have a consew 225 I think and when I try to bring the thread up from the bobbin the thread from the needle goes down and around the bobbin to bring up the bobbin thread and catches. It will not pass

Your machine probably needs to be adjusted and timed. But make sure you clean under the bobbin area before you try again... or take it to a machine pro

Thread stuck around the bobbin housing on my

try cleaning all that you can out of the bobbin case then try very carefully to bump it backward (opposite) with the hand wheel . Be careful not to knot out of timing. sounds like you have thread in between bobbin case and hook

The book on my consew 226r-2 says to adjust the screw to tighten or loosen tension on the bobbin, I can't see a screw, where is it?

It is usually a little tiny screw on what holds the bobbin in and where the thread passes through the bobbin. (The holder...not the metal or plastic bobbin spool of thread...it's sometimes called a shuttle to avoid confussion.) When you tighten or loosen the screw on the bobbin holder it puts more or less pressure on that metal hook the bobbin thread passes through.

Bobbin Case will not snap into housing

Insert the bobbin case without a bobbin to see if it will go all the way into the locked position. If it does, the bobbin case and basket are okay.
Check inside the bobbin basket(where the bobbin goes) and see if there is thread or lint wrapped around the spindle the bobbin case sits on. If there is, remove it. If there isn't ,then the bobbin is probably sprung and needs to be replaced.

Thread braking

Check the condition of the top pressure discs and the bobbin case tension. Check for wear in the hook - is the bobbin case seated correctly? Check the tension spring in the bobbin case. I doubt timing has anything to do with the problem. Unless the hook's picking up the top thread a little late, thereby "spearing" the thread. The hook could be catching the thread loop too late. Sounds to me like there's a parts or a small adjustment problem. You don't mention thread or needle size. That's another area of concern at times.
