This machine and options can be upgraded by downloading system software programs from the personal computer (hereafter called as the PC) in which a service
support tool (hereafter called SST) has been loaded.
System software programs and upgrade tools are listed in the following table:

System software programs to be downloaded need to be registered in the SST.
The system software programs are registered with the names listed below.

Start the PC.
Start SST.
Click the "Register Firmware" button.
Select the drive in which the system was downloaded
Then click the "SEARCH" button.
A list of system software programs contained is displayed.
This machine does not allow two or more system software programs to be downloaded at the same time. If two or more software programs need to be upgraded,
register and download them one by one.
When the system software program registration result appears, click the OK button.

1) Turn off the main power switch of this machine, and then disconnect the cables connected to this machine.
2) Connect USB connector on the back of this machine to the PC using the USB cable Downloading Procedure

1) Turn on the power switch of the PC and start SST.
2) When the power switch is turned on, the Found New hardware Wizard appears. Click "Cancel".
3) Select "MFP" in "Target Selection", and then select "iR2020" in "Model List".
4) Double-click the "System" folder in "Model List" to check the system software version. Select "USB" in "Interface", and then click the "START" button.
5) Turn on the power switch of the host machine.
6) Press the following keys on the control panel to enter the service mode.
Additional Functions Key > 2 Key > 8 Key > Additional Functions Key
7) Using the plus (+) or minus (-) key, select "#DOWNLOAD".
8) Press the OK key on the control panel to place the host machine in the downloading wait mode ("#DOWNLOAD CONNECTED" is displayed).
9) Press the OK button on the SST screen displayed on the display of the PC.
10) When connection is complete, Click the OK button in SST MENU.

But you can ask the copy of softwear cd because you lost the keys.and it is not a wrong thing and they will give you the access key for your machin serial number,

You are only able to use the activation product key on one machine. You are able to use it as many times as you want but only on the same machine. If it is bought from a store. Then you should call the customer support number provided on your software package, if it was software that was preinstalled, you can refer to the back of your computer; see product key
You are getting a software counterfeiting message when you start windows? Are you sure that the windows licnese you have is valid? This is usually the only reason you get the software counterfeiting message. There are programs available that will let you see the product key that is registered on your machine so you can validate the product key registered on your machine.

Unfortunately, Fixya does not provide crack passwords for such softwares as it is illegal. Aside from the fact that it is indeed against the law to obtain pirated keys, it also takes away the privilege of having software security updates.
It is best if you can purchase the license for the said software to avoid hassles.
I would try Sony's Creative software website. Click here to access Sony Creative Software support. About half way down, in the middle there's a place where you can register to look up previous product keys etc. What you may be able to do is enter any other information you know into there from when you originally purchased the software, and then see if they give you a key. The other thing you can do, is contact them directly and see if they're able to help you by providing them more information.
Also, if the software is already installed on a computer you own, but you just need the key, go ahead and download Magical Jellybean Keyfinder. What that program will do is check your computer for any software installed on your computer that requires a key, including Windows, and show you the key. If Acid is installed on your current machine, or you're looking to move Acid to a newer machine but it's still installed on an older computer, try that software and see if you have any luck recovering your keys.

The machine should have the software key located on it from when the machine was purchased. This "key" is a paper tqg with 4 groups of 5 letter/number combinations. If you can get a copy of the software disc, you can re-install the OS using that key. The discs should be available for minimal cost. It is the key sequence that is important. The software will not install without that key. Please note that you will need to re-register that key with Microsoft once it is installed. This is required to prevent the use of the same key for multiple machines.
