The touch panel has malfunctioned, Suggest replacing microwave unless you want to attempt repair. If so you will need a replacement touch panel for it.
This is more of an idea than solution but have you tried disconnecting the power supply and then plugging it back in? If the red led display lights up you will know it works. Otherwise I would say it's time to replace the microwave. If you don't have access to the power supply try flipping the breaker.
easy to fix you need to cut the tracks to the led lights then solder 2 wires to the leds next use a 1k resistor on one of the wires then conect it straight to the power surply just after the bridge rectifier noteing+ and -
