Konica Minolta BizHub C550 Error Message

Hi,

I am getting an error message that will not go away stating, "install the waste toner box and close all doors"

but the waster toner box is installed and all doors are closed.

I've also tried turning off the power.

Any thoughts?

- Your solution did show me how to reset the copier, so thank you for that, but unfortunately, even after I reset it, the error message persisted. Thank you!

- This message occurs when the waste toner box is full. You need to replace the waste toner box with a new one, and the message will go away.

- I have the same problem with konica minolta..the mesage will not go away no matter what I do...
And by monday i have to deliver 8000 prints....

TRY THIS
turn the machine off from main switch on bottom right and hold down the UTILITY BOTTON AND TURN MACHINE ON

there are tabs on the back of box that block the sensors. if you look at the wall behind the box you will see slots that match the tabs. the one that breaks off is a little tab with a point on it. Fold up paper and insert it in to the slot on the lower leftside. Reinsert the box to adj the paper.
