How restore signal on technika 32 lcd 207 tv

if the blue lights keep flashing you have shorted parts inside. usually the inverter board have a shorted IC, try to remove the connector from inverter then try again..

if your blue lights lit replace the inverter which you disconnect.

Check all the signal cables at the backside of your Vizio for firmness. If there is any loose or bad cable connection, especialy with HDMI; will poise this problem. Check the input selection also. If improper input selection is done, there will be no signal logo will fly around.If you have selected TV instead of HDMI, when HDMI is connected and you want to see the programme, is an example of improper signal selection. Check these. OK.

there isnt much you can do only try a different scart lead if that doesnt work see if you can get hold of the reciept
