My sister bought a new plasma and gave me her KP-46WT510. Turned everything on, and there is no red color being displayed at all. Turned on a movie where I know red is and it appears as grey. You can tweak all you want, but nothing is corrected. Any suggestions?
Have you tried adjusting the red screen control located inside the front of the set? Usually behind the speaker grill. It is part of whatis called the control focus/screen block. There are 6 controls on this assembly. Be extremely careful high voltage is present. If you turn the red screen control and no red is seen onthe red gun , there are two possibilities. A) bad picture tube B)open filament connection on crt board. Scrivitron

You should not request a solution when all you do is trash the person who tries to help you Excuse me for being to technical.
