That thing is antique. I had same one when I bought my house in 1995. Get it replaced with a newer digital. Honywell or White Rogers. At home depot for $25.00 to $40. Get one that's for heating and cooling, but not programmable. Easy to install, smaller and doesn't even have to be level since they don't use a mercury tube inside, like the old ones. Sounds to me your trying to access your speed dial bins feature 0 then your speed dial will get you to the speed dial bins 71-92 this is your personel spedd dials your phone only 0-70 are system wide speed dials . Feature * 4 is not a feature in norstar systems.
