If you want a manual, you'll have to specify the computer model, as the board is apparently used in different models.

in hp there is no motherboard manual. open your computer's casing then look for the model of the motherboard. then search that in the net.

go to HP.com and put in your model and search for the service manual. You'll find full instructions on how to disassemble your laptop.

So would a lot of people.

RC415ST is a HP Motherboard Model. please check the model again

check your motherboard manual if you do not have it go to www.support.hp.com and look for manuals based on the model. this should give you detailed instructions as to which pins you plug those cables into. usually they are located towards the bottom of the motherboard to the right of your PCI Expansion slots
