SOURCE: Loose Cutter Block

when you remove the cutter block is there a white nylon fixture atop the vibrating mechanism? this nylon piece snaps on the vibrating rod and the cutter snaps into the nylon fixture.

I can't figure out what is wrong. When I try to use the razor the cutter seems frozen and doesnt move side to side. When I take off the foil I see that the cutter seems to move perfectly fine. I then...

If you are having the same problem with both your old and new foils and cutters it sounds like there is a problem with the oscillator in the swivel frame. Sometimes the plastic oscillator inside will partially break and it can not vibrate under the load of the foil and cutters.
This swivel frame is part of the 'drive unit' and can be found available at shaveroutlet.com. See link below for item and scroll down the item page for installation video

New head

Hello Brian, You can give the folks at www.electricshaver.com a try. They typically stock all the replacement and repair parts for most brands of electric shavers.

Here's a link to their site where you'll find part #5646768 for about $38 for a new set of the cutter head and foil (screen). It's always best to replace BOTH the foil and cutter block (head) at the same time, as any mircro burrs or nicks in the cutter blades will quickly ruin any new foil screen.

http://www.electricshaverstore.com/get_item_5646768_braun-foil-cutter-kit-360-complete-8000-series.htm

As you know, this is the simplest and easiest way to get an electric shaver back to a "like-new" shaving experience.

I hope you find this Very Helpful and best regards!

My husband owns a 370Braun razor-he wants to replace the top part

You can get the foil screen and the cutter block as a set, since it is recommended to replace them as a set, in case the blade cartridge had a damaged cutter blade that could ruin the new foil screen.

You can get them from Electric Shaver Store or look elsewhere for Braun Item#: 5774761 UPC: 4210201635000

Here's a link to them, they are temporarily out of stock, but they get them in frequently.

How do I remove tin foil baked on brand new oven bottom?

Unfortunately you can't remove that foil, you will end up doing more damage to the liner. the only thing you can do is replace the liner. And it's a big job, if the manufacture makes a replacement part for your unit, and if they do it will be costly. Your warranty will not cover it.

Foil baked onto oven base.

Unfortunately, it's too late. The tin foil has melted into the panel and can't be removed. You should never place anything on the bottom of a stove that has a hidden element. You will damage the panel. Oven operation is not affected. The only option you have is to replace the panel or the entire oven liner...
