All you need to do is get the same length. Just remove the old ones by lifting them out after removing screws. Slide the new ones on the valves. NOTE: look at the air gaps on the air curtains on the old burners and try to match them to the new burners.

I have a weber gas grill, it's about ten years old and I need new burners, I cant find any model #s on it. Where do I look?

The easiest thing to do would look at the design type of burner that you have. Then search with keyword terms such as "Weber gas/propane grill burner" and eventually you will find a compatible match. Most of them are universal, and labeled designs such as an H burner...for it's shape.
Make sure however that if you decide on a non-weber built burner that it is in fact listed in it's details to fit on a weber grill, as some manufacturers may have a certain proprietary design difference that only their components will work with.

Can a Turbo STS 3 burner grill (720-0057-3b) be convert from natural gas to propane? Barbeque Galore has gone bankrupt and does not offer any assistance at their 1 800 number and I can't find any...

The original BBQ's Galore went bankrupt, but was bought by new owners, who still operate it as BBQ's Galore. However, they did buy any of the older company's parts supply. However, all you need are the burner orifices for each burner (including the rear burner) and a Hose/Regulator Assembly to connect the grill to the grill tank. Follow the conversion instructions in the Owner's Manual (see link below) and you should be able to do it.

http://www.grill-repair.com/images/grill/turbosts.pdf

I suspect if you call BBQ's Customer Support 800-752-3085. They can provide the orifices, as they are universal in fit. The Hose/Regulator Assembly can be purchased from any hardware store or home improvement center that sells grills and accessories, for about $30.00.

Once converted, you will see marked improvement in the heating capacity of Propane Gas, as opposed to Natural Gas. The grill will preheat faster and maintain higher temperatures longer.

I hope this helped you, Bradley and thanks for choosing FixYa. Happy Grilling!!

Char-broil spares new burner.

Hi Gary...
I am sorry but you will need to put in the model number of your grill before I can help you.

I went to the Char-broil webpage and talked to one of the reps there thru a chat window and he said you need to have the model number to be sure to get the right part, otherwise you would have to risk using a Universal Burner Unit that may require modification to function in your grill.
I will give you the Char-Broil webpage on this webpage you will see an "exploded view" of your grill and off to the right you will see a window that you can enter either a part number and or model number to locate your parts.

When i turn on the 3rd burner the first two go out.

Thas is typically a symptom caused by a failing regulator, replace the hose and regulator, easy to do and inexpensive, and see if that helps.

Kenmore 4 burner grill only lights 3 burners

Looks like your regulator is not venting properly to relieve the back pressure. The best thing you can do here is replace the regulator.
