I bought a homedics quad roller cushion for my wife. It came with an allen wrench to unscrew a screw to activate the massager. Problem is that the screw was stripped. I followed the directions exactly. It was obvious to me from the start that either the allen wrench with the unit was the wrong size or the screw was stripped.
What do I do now?
This was a gift! I am very disappointed and would not recommend a piece of junk like this to anyone.
Try super gluing (or with some commercial purchased weld products (like a glue or epoxy) a bolt to it and extract the screw with a wrench on the head of the bolt. Might try vice grips on the head too.
