Question about Homedics Qrm 400h Therapist Select Quad Roller Massaging Cushion, Black

Cannot unzip homedics massager cover. Zipper tongues are inside the cover

I cannot unzip the cover from this massager. The zipper tongues are inside the cover. How do I get at the zipper tongues?

My Oreck is 10+ years old. The bag will not remain on the opening of the handle inside the bag. Dust goes into the cover rather than in the bag getting in the zipper which makes it very difficult to...

check and make sure bag collar is behind the two lips. if it isn't it will leak dust and make it hard to open.

Is there a trick to unzipping the pony's head to replace the batteries?

Hiya,
Good news: the head doesn't need to be unzipped to replace the batteries =) Turn her upside down, you'll see a velcro area on her belly, open that and the battery compartment is inside. Unscrew it, slide it out and voila, replaces the batteries, then put it back together in reverse =)
Bad news: assuming you *do* need to unzip the head (e.g. dismantling for storage, moving etc), it's REALLY difficult to unclip the zipper. Myself, I ended up giving up in frustration and just cutting through the clip - the zipper is still on, but it no longer clips in at the end. Have noticed absolutely no difference except a marked ease in unzipping =P

How to use a zipper foot please? I have lost instructions and have no idea which is the zipper foot or how to use it can you help please.

Step 1 To prepare the fabric for a centered zipper application, use the standard presser foot to baste the opening of the fabric shut using 5/8 inch seam allowance. Press the seam allowance open. Place the zipper teeth side down on the seam allowance and pin the zipper to the seam allowance only.
Step 2 Release the standard presser foot from your machine. There may be a button or lever behind the foot that you need to press. Put the standard foot in its holder or someplace where it won’t get lost.
Step 3 Decide which side of the machine you want to attach the zipper foot to. Zipper feet are asymmetrical, with one side that’s wider than the other. You’ll want to put the narrow side toward the zipper teeth, and the wider side away from the zipper teeth.
Step 4 Attach the zipper foot to the sewing machine. You may need to line up the bar on the zipper foot with the presser foot holder, then lower the presser foot by lowering the lever. Raise the presser foot and make sure the zipper foot is securely attached.
Step 5 Place the prepared fabric with the pinned zipper in the sewing machine. Lower the needle into the zipper tape and the seam allowance only, then lower the zipper foot. Stitch the zipper tape to the seam allowance. To sew the other side of the zipper to the seam allowance, remove the zipper foot from the sewing machine and install it on the other side of the presser foot holder.
Step 6 Topstitch the outside of the fabric to each side of the zipper tape, making sure that the zipper foot is on the appropriate side of the machine for each side. Remove the basting with a seam ripper.

Cant unzip the material to see whats broken inside?

THIS may work:

"Grab a graphite pencil and rub the pencil tip on the teeth of the zipper. Try it again and it should work. If that doesn't work, it's time to move on to a lubricant. Windex is good because it's not oil-based, but you can also use bar soap, or lip balm."

Doesn't work at all

Well it has a zipper in the back have you ever unzipped it? Because my mom hers didnt work, so i unzipped it and some cord was unplugged so that might just be it, you need to unzip the whole thing, and pull it out because some of the wires hide.
