Epson Printer Error 0x95 occurs when the printer head is saturated,i.e; cleaned. Error may be due to installation or uninstallation of windows, update of application of Windows, etc. Follow these steps to resolve the Error.
Steps to Fix Error 0x97 in Epson Printer:
Solution 1: - Check Epson Printer Ink Head
Check Epson Printer Ink head. Generally, Printer ink is dirty meanwhile it is inked up properly because the ink pad is full. Often due to unbalance ink it generates the problem or displays a message of Error Code 0x95. Unplug the printer completely and leave it for a while. Then users must need to remove and replace the sponge and clean the eye.
If this step is not working to fix Error Code 0x95, then go to next step.
Solution 2: - Manually Perform Steps with Epson Printer

• Try to switch on your Epson printer.
• Then "press+hold" together to stop ink power buttons.
• Wait for sometimes while the printer switches self OFF.
• Next switch back ON and your error should have gone.

Solution 3: - Run the System Under Safe Mode
You should try to run the computer under safe mode, and then you may receive a message from the system about whether your error existence effectively solved.
Solution 4: - Uninstall Current Installed Software From System

• On your Windows "Start" button, go to "Programs and Features".
• In the "Control Panel", tap "Programs", and then tap "Programs and Features".
• Choose that software program that you have just installed, and then tap on "Uninstall" button.

Believed me you have to reinstall your operating system. I encountered that problem too. I uninstall and re-installed .NET, update windows service packs nothing happened until I reformat the hard drive and install the operating system again.
remember format the hard drive first then install the operating system (backup your data first)

To work around this issue, uninstall the August 2009 Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008 Application Compatibility Update, and then install Service Pack 2 for Windows Server 2008 and Windows Vista. To uninstall the August 2009 Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008 Application Compatibility Update, follow these steps:

1. Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
2. Click Uninstall a program under the Programs section.
3. In the Tasks list in the left navigation area, click View installed updates.
4. Click Update for Microsoft Windows (KB972036), and then click Uninstall.
5. Click Yes when you are prompted to confirm the uninstallation.
   
   Note If you are prompted for confirmation or for the administrator password, click Yes to confirm, or type the administrator password.
6. Restart the system when you are prompted.

I've been having the same error when I try to run Windows update on a Vista Ultimate machine setup for use with our SBS 2003 server running ISA 2004.

The Solution that I found is this.

When you setup Vista for use with a domain it creates the following regkey with a subkey etc ( policy ) that sets Vista to look for a WSUS server.

When I deleted this key and rebooted my PC windows update was working.

I have tried this with many computers and it worked all the time.

A user can uninstall the Windows Vista update that is causing this issue. Once the update is uninstalled you will need to wait until Microsoft has released a fix for this issue. Otherwise, a Windows Vista update may cause this problem to occur again if Microsoft has not pushed a fix yet.
To uninstall the conflicting update, do the following:
1. Click Start
2. Click Control Panel
3. Click Programs and Features
4. Choose View installed updates
5. Select "Update for Microsoft Windows (KB943302)
6. Click Uninstall
7. Restart your computer and the update should be uninstalled
