Are you in a 'thick' building that may be preventing the phone from getting the date/time set signal? If so, try plugging the phone in as close to a window as possible to eliminate any possible interference.

Well, depending on how much you use the phone will determine how long the battery stays charged. However if you not using it enough to run the battery down, my first guess is that the "charger" is the culprit and not the battery. If you have a seperate charge cradle perhaps try to charge it in there.
Have the same issue. But only after we signed up for a combination voice and data plan with our local phone company. They activated our account with 4 voice mail accounts and then removed them the following day. Ever since then we can't seem to clear the system of the notifications. Someone has to know how to restore the entire base to a "Factory" default. I would assume that that would do the trick.
