place the additional phones on to main base the charge/in use light will blink and reset phone.

Well, depending on how much you use the phone will determine how long the battery stays charged. However if you not using it enough to run the battery down, my first guess is that the "charger" is the culprit and not the battery. If you have a seperate charge cradle perhaps try to charge it in there.

Turn the power off for like 10 minutes and then turn it back on. Make sure its not on fax mode, but tel/answer mode

Turn the power off on the base and then on again usually this will allow registration in the first 30 seconds to one minute.

Have the same issue.
But only after we signed up for a combination voice and data plan with our local phone company. They activated our account with 4 voice mail accounts and then removed them the following day. Ever since then we can't seem to clear the system of the notifications.
Someone has to know how to restore the entire base to a "Factory" default. I would assume that that would do the trick.

Edit the time and date.
