Does it have any connection with computer box?
Yes it does have a connection with the ECM (Engine Control Module) or PCM (Powertrain Control Module) but being that the vehicle is a 94 it is OBD I (On Board diagnostics First Gen.) so you will need a Toyota specific scan tool to retrieve the code to see what codes you have stored.
To retrieve the codes, open the check terminal under the hood.
Short the two wires labeled TE1 and E1 - you can do this with a paper clip. Double check this as I am working from memory and there are several connectors.
Count the check engine light blinks and pauses. For example, three blinks one pause two blinks one pause means error code 32. All the error codes have two digits. The blinking pattern will keep repeating. There could be more than one error code.
Look up the error codes from any reference available online.
