Ihad a 2008 honda accord with ABS lights on always at the dashboard when you start the engine. this problem always goes on, then when the engine runs for 30minutes the ABS light goes off but the D indicator lights on every 2 seconds. I had my vehicle service for 5 times now but unfortunately they always reset only the ECM(computer box) or they told me that they upgrade the software of the computer box?

Not sure about the Honda setup, but when my Dakota had those lights both lit, it was a bad speed sensor in the system. I had the additional symptom of no speedometer reading until about 30mph.
It seems that the VSS in my system was used at lower speeds by the ABS system to determine when to activate. If the ABS light goes on, many vehicles will also activate the brake light since the two are undoubtedly related.

is battery dead? batteries loose over 50% of their starting power when its colder near 0..if there is any power draw it will kill it entirely..

1. turn ignition to ON (II) position 2. press the select/reset knob on dashboard repeatedly until the engine oil life indicator is displayed. 3. press and hold select/reset knob until the display starts to blink ( about 10 seconds) then release knob. 4. press and hold knob again until maintenance code goes off and oil life indicator resets and shows 100% (about 5 seconds) , then it is reset . Why is the light always on?

You are aware that you have an
Emission System Malfunction
and ANY dash light requires some
checking to find out why.

Headlight switch has gone bad. Replace it and you'll be good to go.

It means it's time for service---- to change engine oil -- check air filter and various maintence stuff--- if you have the owners manual it will show you what service to perfoam and to log it in the service book.
Also has intructions in the owners manual as to how to reset the service warning light-- kind of tricky but once you get it it's pretty simple.

try cleaning sensors behind rotor with brakekleen or something similar had similar problem on my truck & that fixed it road salt & dirt got on sensor

Anti-lock brakes malfunction, msut be checked by an experienced mechanic. Possibel ABS actuator or speed sensor malf or damage!! Hopefully this helps

it sounds like a week battery or problem with main ignition circuit my advice is to take it in for servicing and have it scanned for trouble codes.

take to the aircon shop for a quote...they will test and quote....
