Have you checked to make sure it's plugged in right? Also check your printer settings. I have the same problem sometimes, and I just mess around with those things and it works.
you need to align the cartridges whenever you install the new cartridges and/or you install the printer.
Go to Start >> Printers and Faxes >> Select your printer Right Click on the printer and click on Services Tab and Press "Align the Print cartridges" Make sure the Printer is turned on
it will Print one Alignment Page Choose the best aligned option and Select on your Computer Screen
