There washer does not drain out water, and once I tried repairing it manually, it does not spin laundry, the water keeps coming out and it does not move from one stage of the cyce to the other

you will need to take the tub out then inside the other tub there will be a filter screen before it drains out of the tank , that is probably clogged and needs to be cleaned , also you might want to check the hose that comes from the tank and goes to the pump
