No Color One of the head rest monitors suddenly changed from color to black and white. It still works fine and receives the DVD source. Do you have any trouble shooting suggestions that might fix the color before I pay to have it fixed or replaced?

check your HDMI/VGA cable this is sometimes cause the color lost. change it or try another cable...

Some inputs on tvs won't process the color signal. Try one of the other inputs. Mine does the same. If u have already used the working ones on something else, U will need a switch to select one or the other available at Radio Shack if u can find one.

I gotta know more clearly about your question, i am going to explain in 'Guide Solutions'
Guide 1: Is it the color just cover the main grid? (Color cover like blocking the others, such as watching 70s TV shows, the colors blocked in black and white.)
Source 1: Audio input problems, your dvd audio input linked with three different 'rops', they are appeared to be push by pressure.
Solution 1: Determine more spaces to them!
Guide 2: Is it the color cover the photon grid? (Color cover at all pictures, each of them doesn't stand the other colors instead of replaced by unique color)
Source 2: Undefined
Solution 2: The TV setting menu seems to b set by specific colors, change it on your own using remote. OR this is a specific part that the DVD need to show the color in unique color (only one)

if I had to guess, I'd say your colorwheel is caput. If you have color on other sources though, it is likely your cables.

Press and hole Scan Mode button for 2 seconds, Y/C will show in front display, use > to change to RGB then press OK.

LCD screens occasionally have what are called "Stuck pixels". There is a tutorial in wikihow which might help you out here:

Try that and see if it helps. Stuck pixels are actually a slighty common problem.

Your probably had connected with a component video without changing the video setting!If you video setting is under composite/S-Video output but you end up connect the video source with component video cable,you need to go to the setup to change it.
It could be the other way around too!

It sounds to me like a problem within the 360s hardware itself. You could try sending it back to microsoft or like you said, going out and getting a new one.
