The best way to put music on your mp3 player is to download windows media player 10 or 11. Then download and drag your music into the library. Click on the sync tab. Add the files you want onto your device into the sync playlist area. Then click start sync.
--**Windows Media Player**-- If you have a large playlist to transfer, you may prefer to do it from your media player, such as Windows Media Player. Once your MP3 player is connected to the computer, open Windows Media Player. Click on the "Sync Music" tab. Drag songs that you want from your Windows Media Library over to the "Sync Music" column to create a playlist. Click the "Begin Sync" tab at the bottom once you have all of the songs on your playlist. This action will sync all of the songs to your MP3 player with one click. Disconnect your device once songs have been transferred by clicking on the "Safely Remove Hardware" icon in the bottom-right side of the desktop tray.
first off find where your music is stored and open up that window then open up a window with you mp3 player in it and drag and drop the music into the window with your mp3 player, or you can use windows media player to do the same thing, open up windows media player and connect your mp3 player then once it recognizez it open up the music library and start dragging the songs you want from the list over to the sync list and after your done click on the sync button and wait after its done you should have hours of music to enjoy
Windows Media Player 11 ruins this player. Uninstall Windows Media Player 11, and roll back to Windows Media Player 10. Then use version 10 to sync songs to your device.
Generally, you can move music from Windows Media Player to yur mp3 player, but not the other way around. Press the sync button, and set up a sync profile for your mp3 player - then it should recognize the songs that are on there. If that fails, I would reformat the player inside of Windows Media Player to see if that helps any.
try looking for certain folders in the sansa that say things like "MY music" or "go list" if they're not in their try syncing using windows media player
You can format the player in Windows Media Player itself.
Connect your Mp3 player to the computer and open Windows Media Player. Click on the Sync tab. Pull down the drop down menu underneath the Sync tab by moving your cursor over the Sync tab and left clicking on the little black arrow underneath the Sync tab. Highlight "name of Mp3 player here 1GB" (wording may vary slightly), and then select "Format." - this should erase everything.
