Hook up printer to either usb or ethernet port , put the drivers cd in the pc and install and you are ready to go. Or go the cannon.com/support and download the drivers.

change tcp port to 9100
in port settings in printer properties
check firewalls allow access to port 9100

The port to which the printer is connected is not supported.
Check the port. my printer always get this msg and the printer is not working. how to get rid of this.

when you come to stage add new port.go to create new port.then take aoption of standard TCP IP port.
go next and configure the port. give appropriate IP adress which you have given to your printer andfinish the procedure.
switch printer off and then on.restart the pc.

Canon Network ScanGear only works over an ethernet connection. There is no scanning available via LPT1 port.

Canon LBP-3300 is a USB printer. But it has option to add network card. Are you using network card? Please explian.

Does your copier have the finisher or saddle to have staples? There should be instructions in the user manuals for replacing staples. If you don't have the user manuals, I'd ask Canon to purchase replacement copies or look on the web.

First make sure a tech's installed the Canon Network Multi-PDL Printer Kit for the IR3300 (includes network kit and BOOT-ROM).
When you press the counter check button do you see IR3300(IR2200N)? If not then you don't have the printer kit installed.
If you have the print kit installed, the print drivers can be downloaded from the Canon website. You'll need to have your copier on your network.
You could then setup a local printer using a tcp/ip port (assign your copier a static IP address) on your server and then share it on your network.
