If you can hear a low humming noise when it should be pumping water round, then suspect the circulating pump.
fault can be motor capacitor - low cost part
or
pump seized - see if you can turn it by hand

I have the Whirlpool Quiet Partner 1 the wash cycle starts and about 20 Min.'s into it the clean light starts flashing or the the start light, one or the other each time and it wont dry the dish's anymore...

If the clean light blinks 7 times thats you heating circuit. Test the heater with an ohm meeting to see if it has open. If so order the heater kit and it comes with the control board.

Clean light flashing 7 times.

Hi,

This machine was made by Whirlpool and the flashing clean light is a common error code for them.
If the clean light is the one flashing then your dishawasher could have a heater circuit problem (depending on the age) or this could simply just be water colder than it is used to getting.
Repeatedly press the Heated Dry and Hi-Temp Wash(scrub) which ever yours has untill all the LED lights come on, press cancel twice and try the dishwasher again making sure to run the water at the kitchen sink till it is hot before starting the dishwasher, if this trips and locks you have a problem with the heating element, or temp sensor.
Press the heated dry button followed by the normal cycle button, and then repeat once. You should see all of the lights come on for a second or two, and then the dishwasher will work again.
If you haven't already, take a look under the kick plate in front to see if there is a schematic tucked in there somewhere. Whirlpool has put their diagnostics for specific models on these.
I don't have the specific repair manual for you model.
So, if the above combination does not work here are two more that have worked for me.
HiTemp Wash + Air Dry + HiTemp Wash + Air Dry in less than 5 sec
or
Hi Temp Scrub/Scour + Air Dry + Hi Temp Scrub/Scour + Air Dry in less than 5 sec

Let me know, if you need further assistance.

Hope i helped you.

Blinking Clean light in Whirpool dishwasher

Control is programmed to stop running and not allow any further cycles if it detects a water heating problem (no temperature increase detected in heated Main Wash on 3 consecutive cycles). Control blinks the Clean LED 7 times repeatedly and disables the Start/Resume key until cleared. Running Diagnostics clears the control and allows it to operate again. The water heating problem must be fixed or the control will stop running again. See potential causes below. Heater circuit problem: ■ Open in heater. ■ Open connection or component in heater circuit. ■ Faulty heater drive circuit on control. 1. Check operation of heater in Diagnostics cycle. 2. Unplug dishwasher or disconnect power. 3. Check resistance of heater and all components and connections in the water heating circuit or heat dry circuit.

I have tried several times to use cold cycle and the clothes always come out very hot this even happens on the warm cycle. Why wont my machine except cold water?

this can get indepth but first check your hoses and make sure cold is cold and hot is connected to hot. then check the valves by selecting a hot cycle and check water at filling to see if it was cold or hot, if your unit has a heater make sure you dont select sanitize or very hot. then post correct model and heater info. to advise further

Has error code F 20 and will not finish cycle

if your water is to cold it will have the same error. Somtimes the water from your water heater is not warm enough so you have to run the water from another source till it is coming out hot. this solved my problem every time.

Whirlpool AWO3761 stuck mid-cycle

The cycle doesn't advanceWhen the cycle doesn't advance, it's probably the timer or a cold-water supply problem:

  • It's the timer, if your washing machine fills with water and begins agitating, but the timer never advances--or if the washer is in a spin cycle and the timer won't advance. Then you need to replace the timer.

  • It may be a cold-water supply problem, if the washing machine fills with water, agitates, drains, and spins, but then doesn't fill with rinse water. See There's no cold water.
