Question about Hotpoint BWM12 Front Load Washer
I set programme going but it gets stuck on wash bit of cycle dial does not move it is stuck where it started. Originally started doing this on cycle c, but now does it on others too. What should I do?
YOU NEED TO ESTABLISH IF YOU ARE USING A HOT CYCLE IF THAT IS SO YOU MIGHT HAVE E PROBLEM WHERE THE ELEMENT IS NOT COMING ON THEREFORE THE THERMOSTAT WILL NOT FUNCTION RESULTING IN THE TIMER REMAINING STILL.YOU NEED TO CHECK THE ELEMENT IF THATS THE CASE.IF YOU ARE USING THE COLD CYCLE AND IT IS STUCK ON THE SAME POSITION FOR A LONG TIME YOU MIGHT HAVE A FAULTY TIMER BEST YOU HAVE IT REPLACED IF THAT IS THE CAUSE.LET ME NO IF YOU NEED ANY MORE ASSISTANCE.GOODLUCK.MOHAMED
