HP pavilion dv7 ,Windows7, problem with wireless connectivity issue

if software is installed correctly should just need to hit the discover button on botton or somewhere on router then u have like 2 minutes to connect and put you password in have you been that far yet not sure at what point you are at let meknow

go into control panel ...select internet connections and follow the prompts

I suggest try to call your ISP to setup your network connection.

Try downloading and installing the wireless adapter driver. This may fix your issue.
Driver link below, simply enter in your OS, and choose the correct WiFi driver, and install it, as administrator. Reboot & then try to turn it on.

try useing the physical swich or the windows enable this device command

Make sure that Wireless switch is turned ON and it's enabled in Windows Mobility Center in the Control panel.

use cable if you can;t connect via wireless.... then check your wireless device..

This is a hardware issue the the switch need to be replace.
If the computer is in warranty contact HP.
