Are you getting any warning lights? Your post seems to state that this unit is not very old? If still under warranty contact APC, they have fantastic customer service.
The first place I would look is the air intake. Take the air filter out and look around to make sure there weren't any critters who decided to vacation in the air box. Check it all the way up to the throttle body. It really sounds like your poor Camry can't breathe.
I hope this helps! Please let me know if you need any further help with this.
are you using rechargeable batteries, vs. normal alkaline battteries? that could be the source.
or, you can make sure that you clean the metal connectors so that there's a proper electricity flow.
Sure sounds like a dead/weak battery. I'd recommened recharging battery or replacing then having both the battery (if you didn't replace) and the rectifier checked to make sure your getting enough cranking amps and voltage to recharge the system. Motorcycle batterys build up sulfer and loose there cranking amps if not left on a battery tender or used frequently over the winter, freezing kills them.
Well I know what the review says about underwater to five meters http://www.ephotozine.com/article/Olympus-Mju-725SW
but I would take it with a pinch of salt frankly. You could get onto Olympus and tell them you know- 'You said I could take it under water - now it wont work' - They may replace it
You need to check for leaks first. WalMart sells a kit to recharge your a/c system with R-134a and a stop leak sealer. Make sure your core valve is tight. You'll need a longer valve tool than what you use for your tires. Good luck
