No it doesn't.
http://www.uniden.com/products/productdetail.cfm?product=DECT2085-2 It does offer dialing from caller ID and dialing from the phone book though! If you look through the owners manual, it will show you all the features and how to use them. Use CTRL+F and search for what you want inside the owners manual.

you will need to contact the dealer for this as it is a security {anti-theft deterrent} .unless you have the owners Manuel and hope the previous owner wrote it down within the book or even on another piece of paper .

Not sure you will find an owners manual but I highly recommend the book Zinn and the art of bicycle repair. Zinn is the author. He covers every fix imaginable for new and older/vintage bikes. He probably has several versions of the book out.
