Hi Just received new Whirlpool Max 25 microwave. It all checked out fine first of all - I set the clock and the timer ok and tested by heating a mug of water and it worked fine. I unplugged it to move it and since plugging in again I have been unable to re-set anything - I press 'stop' and the oven starts up and only stops if I open the door; I press the clock setting button above the display for 3 seconds and it starts cooking; I cannot re-set the timer at all and nothing happens when I try checking the 'power' setting. The word 'door' shows in the display every time I try to reset the clock and there's no bleep to tell me it's finished cooking. I've tried switching it off at the plug and leaving it for a while but it doesn't make any difference. I just want to re-set the blooming thing so that I can use it. It's getting urgent now and I need to use it. Please help - I've contacted Whirlpool but haven't had a reply and there's nothing in the instruction manual of any help.
