Subs wont play

Hello debrahood196,

You first need to determine what is causing the "no sound" problem. (1) Try the sub(s) on a different amp (a friends maybe, or a local audio shop) and make sure that it/they work properly. (2) Test the outputs from the receiver. (3) Try a different pair of RCA cables. (4) Check the speaker wiring. (5) Check your head unit settings. (6) Check the amp gain. Once you have isolated it, repair or replace the defective wiring or part.

Hope this helps.

Nothing working! please help!

no it doesnt HAVE to be wired in it just lets you control the amount of output from the sub. however the spark could have blown out the internal workings of the amp. there are genereally multiple fuses on car amps. have you checked these? if they are blown replace and reinstall if not then it very would could be that the spark caused the amp to fry.

No sound

good day, check your spkr impedance, if 4oms use a posive spkr dividing network. if stills blows up replace a higher amperage of your fuse. ex.4A raise it up to 5A. the your amps consume higier current if more spkr wattage.

Kenwood 350 w-2 amp wiring

you can simply take the input and connect it in parallel to the input of the second amplifier. The output of one amp will go to one speaker, and the output of the other amp will go to the other speaker.

The inputs of amplifiers are "high impedance" so putting more than one in parallel won't put any strain on the radio circuit.

Hope this helps.

It jus turns off an i can't figure out y?

Disconnect the speaker wires and signal cables from the amp and measure the voltage across the power and ground terminals with a multimeter.

With the black meter lead on the ground terminal of the amp and the red meter lead on the B+ terminal of the amp, the voltage should remain at or above 11 volts.

With the black lead again on the ground terminal of the amplifier and the red lead on the remote terminal of the amp, the voltage should again remain at or above 11 volts.

Reset a Kenwood 8070 without a remote?

To reset a Kenwood 8070 receiver without a remote, you typically need to locate the reset button on the device itself. This button is often small and recessed, so you may need a paperclip or a similar tool to press it. Consult the user manual or look for the reset button near the power or input/output ports on the receiver. Once located, press and hold the reset button for a few seconds until you see the receiver reset. Keep in mind that this process may vary slightly depending on the specific model of the Kenwood 8070 receiver.

How to power supply of kCSWA900 Kenwood sub whooper power supply 10 pin

Take a look at this manual diagram. https://www.manualslib.com/manual/359815/Kenwood-Ksc-Sw10.html?page=5#manual Given the above is not your model, at least it shows the 10 pin. Ironically, below I offer a diagram of your model. The irony comes in the fact that the diagram appears labeled in Japanese But if you compare the two diagrams, maybe something will make sense from the one with the English labels. Otherwise, you might fire off a query to Kenwood customer support. https://www.manualscenter.com/manuals/kenwood/kscsw900-owner-manual.html Here is a 10 pin harness compatible with the subwoofer. Kenwood Subwoofer Amp KSC Wa100 Wa80 Sw10 10 Pin Harness for sale online ' eBay I don't have any information on how to power supply a kCSWA900 Kenwood subwoofer. However, I can tell you that the Kenwood KSC-SW10 compact powered subwoofer has a built-in amplifier with a 38 watts RMS power and a wired remote for control over volume level, variable low-pass crossover (50-120 Hz), and selectable phase control (0°, 180°) . The subwoofer comes with a power/ground wiring harness and preamp (RCA) and speaker-level inputs .

I have 2 mtx 12"woofers (8ohms each wired parallel to get to 4ohms) which Kenwood amp would be best to use: kac-7252 or kac-9104d?

The Kenwood KAC-7252 and KAC-9104D are both great amps, but they have different strengths and weaknesses. The KAC-7252 is a 5-channel amp that can output 75 watts per channel at 4 ohms. It also has a built-in crossover and time alignment, which can be helpful for getting the most out of your woofers. The KAC-9104D is a 4-channel amp that can output 100 watts per channel at 4 ohms. It also has a built-in subwoofer output, which can be used to power a separate subwoofer. If you are looking for an amp that can power all of your speakers, the KAC-7252 is a great option. It is also a good choice if you want an amp with built-in crossover and time alignment. However, if you are looking for an amp that can power a subwoofer, the KAC-9104D is a better choice. It is also a good choice if you want an amp with more power output. Ultimately, the best amp for you will depend on your specific needs and budget. If you are not sure which amp is right for you, it is always a good idea to consult with a professional car audio installer. Here is a more detailed comparison of the two amps: Kenwood KAC-7252
  • 5-channel amp
  • 75 watts per channel at 4 ohms
  • Built-in crossover and time alignment
  • MSRP: $399
Kenwood KAC-9104D
  • 4-channel amp
  • 100 watts per channel at 4 ohms
  • Built-in subwoofer output
  • MSRP: $499
I hope this helps!
