I installed a 1000 watt four foot long Farenheat F2544 baseboard heater in my outdoor workshop. But it's too small for the space. I calculated that I probably need 2000 watts to heat my space. But I do not have enough perimeter space to mount additional heaters. My question is can I safely mount another identical 1000 watt baseboard heater directly above the existing one as long as I leave sufficient space between the two heaters? If so, how much space is required between the two heaters?
