Could be the switch ! But to be sure you need to find yourself a wiring diagram and test B+ voltage supply and grounds ! Do you know how to do that ? There are videos on youtube for basic electrical troubleshooting , how to read wiring diagrams etc... SOURCE: Are the turn signal relay and the hazard relay in

you should have two of the same part, one for the hazards, one for the turn signals
turn the signal lights on wither direction and listen for the sound follow it and you will find it.
If not look in three places two in the fuse box or aroung the general area,up on top of the steering colunmn and behind the glove box, sometimes you have to remove the inside glove box and it can be to the left of the hole,if you dont see it look harder and put your hand brhind the dash to feel for it,it sounds crazy I know.

Testimonial: "Thanks for your help, Ben. I do appreciate the fact that you state they are indeed two separate relays. That was my main concern."

SOURCE: Need to know location of turn signal relay.

Hi,

The flasher relay would be in your fuse box, under the dash at the driver side. You could look at the cover of the fuse box to see the location of the relay.

Hope that helps you out!

Thanks for using Fixya!

SOURCE: Where is the hazard and flasher relay in the 1996

The relay should be located inside the vehicle on the drivers side, under the dash right above the kick panel. below is a picture of what it will look like but yours may be a different color but the shape should be the same. I hope this helps and good luck.

SOURCE: is there a turn signal flasher in '93 t-bird

Sure.
The hazards and turn signals each have a flasher.
They are different, both look like a small relay. You may have to get the turn signal flasher from Ford. You may want to check with them to see what the part looks like to make sure you are working on the right one.
They are generally under the dash on the driver side.

What would cause flasher fuse slot to not have power on 1996 buick regal?

If It is not blinking then it's probably a blown bulb, That's how cars tell you a turn signal is bad. You will only have power to fuse slot when turn signal is on and the blinking part runs through a flasher relay so you could have a bad flasher relay if the bulbs are all good.

My turn signals have stopped working on my 1996 Dodge Ram truck, the hazard flasher is still working, I checked the fuses & they are not blown....what do I do?

check the bulbs and sockets they plug into then i would check any ground wires going to or coming from the turn signals i would also check the turn signal switch for any broken parts the hazard flasher is also the same flasher that runs the turn signals so there pretty cheap.

Turn signals and 4-way flashers do not work - 1997 Buick Century

Time to change the flasher unit, it's usually close to the drivers side of vehicle and behind a fuse box access panel and will have something like "12v 23/98W " on it. It's a largish cube shaped componant and may be water damaged !

My blinkers sometimes dont work? looked at the fuse and it seemed okay but i replaced it anyway..seemed to work fine for a couple months now its doing it again...could it be an electrical problem or turn...

Try replacing the Flasher Relay. It has 2 relays, one for the turn signals and one for the hazard lights. The one for the turn signals is located Front seating area, driver side, under dash, behind instrument panel, mounted on passenger side of steering column.
The hazard flasher is located Front seating area, driver side, under dash, above kick panel, mounted in top of convenience panel.
Replace the Turn signal flasher.

Turn signal comes on,but doesn't blink;all 4 hazards work.

Check near the fuse box and the left side under the dash. There are two flasers in a car, one for the hazards and one for the turn signals. You are on the right track for if the hazards are working the bulbs and wiring to the bulbs are eliminated. Once you replace the flasher your problem should be fixed. When checking for the flasher remember they sometimes are clipped or taped up, so feel around as well as looking.

Turn Signal Flasher location in 93 Mustang GT

The flasher is a small round plastic cylinder (unless replaced with a metal one) behind the left edge of the glove box that will look similar to the one in the fuse panel. The first step is to squeeze gently both sides of the open glove box and let it swing downward. It will be snapped into a metal horizontal brace just to the left of the glovebox opening by a small tab and have two wires attached. The number more than likely will be a #552 although I have seen a factory one with a Warner #224
